Although we truly believe you’ll absolutely love our mists, we understand that there may be instances where customers may still want a refund or exchange.
If the bottle was shipped 100% in tact, and you’re not satisfied with the bottle you ordered, then you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to ask for your return or exchange. (NOTE: we have extended the amount of time for asking for an exchange or refund due to COVID). The bottle must still be full, and in new condition, for us to accept the return and refund you the payment or exchange for another product. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost back to our fulfillment center. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you return/exchange instructions.
If, however, the order you received was damaged in transit, then reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date with picture/(s) of the product’s condition to email@example.com. No worries, we’ll ship you out a new order asap.
